- TIMEC currently holds long-term (10+years) catalyst
handling agreements with many of the world’s major
petroleum corporations, including Chevron, ExxonMobil, and
ConocoPhillips.
- A major TIMEC client used the company’s Job Hazards
Analysis (JHA) methodology as the basis for their own related
programs.
- During a 2006 Major Turnkey Project on a set of Cat-Feed
Hydrotreaters, James-TIMEC simultaneously performed
an inert entry, vacuum unload and Densicat reload on two
3 bed reactors. On this project, we performed in excess
of 16,000 man hours without a recordable or even a near
miss incident. In addition to the catalyst handling work, we
performed all mechanical work including blinding, removal /
installation of the inlet heads and outlet lines, thermo wells,
quench lines and manways.
