President and Chief Executive Officer
Mr. McMahon has over 30 years of global experience in contract maintenance, operations, engineering and construction for a wide range of industries. He is recognized for his commitments to safety, customer satisfaction and operating excellence. Mr. McMahon holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Texas Tech University and is a graduate of the Advanced Management Institute at Rice University.
Gary Green
Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Green is responsible for managing the day-to-day business operations and strategic objectives of the company. Prior to joining TIMEC, Mr. Green had a long career with ARCO Products Company, where he held senior management positions in refinery operations, planning, turnaround management, maintenance services, and reliability engineering.
Dudley Anderson
Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Anderson joins TIMEC with over 30 years of corporate financing experience. His expertise includes raising operating capital, risk assessment, financial, economic and competitive analysis, budgeting and forecasting along with strategic business development. Mr. Anderson received his B.A. in Economics and M.B.A. in Finance and Marketing from the University of Connecticut.
Chuck Thorne
Senior Vice President - Business Development
Mr. Thorne has over 30 years of global experience in engineering, construction and operations maintenance for a wide-range of industries. Prior to joining TIMEC, Mr. Thorne held senior level position with VECO Corporation, Raytheon Engineers & Constructors and The Parsons Corporation. Mr. Thorne graduated from California Polytechnic State University - San Luis Obispo with a B.S. in environmental engineering, attended California State Polytechnic University at Pomona in the MBA degree program, and holds a certificate from Texas A&M University in its construction executive program.
Jerri McCarthy
Vice President of Human Resources
Ms. McCarthy joined TIMEC in 2005 in the position of Vice President of Human Resources. She brings 15 years of industry experience in her profession, which includes a strong background in acquisition support, employee relations, benefits, and program/project management. She is responsible for all Human Resources activities for the Corporation, including strategic program design and development. Ms. McCarthy holds a B.S. degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix, as well as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certificate.
Daniel Reynolds
Vice President, Risk Management & Commercial Operations
Mr. Reynolds has over 20-years of insurance and risk management experience. He is responsible for claim resolutions, labor relations, oversight of workers compensation programs, and other corporate insurance and risk matters. Mr. Reynolds graduated from the University of Massachusetts, he attended Suffolk Law School in Boston. Mr. Reynolds serves as a director of the Orange County, California chapter of the Risk and Insurance Management Society.
Richard Cerenzio
Vice President of Health and Safety
Mr. Cerenzio has over twenty years of petrochemical related health, safety, and environmental experience. Prior to joining TIMEC in 1999, Mr. Cerenzio held positions working both as an employee and consultant for Unocal 76 Products Company as a Senior Loss Control Manager at both the refinery and Engineering & Construction division level, focusing on process safety management. Mr. Cerenzio holds a Construction Site Safety Master certification from the National Center for Construction Education and Research (NCCER).
Roger Brennan
Senior Vice President, Strategy & Development
Mr. Brennan has over 20 years of experience spanning engineering,
operations, maintenance and consulting across a wide range of
industries. Roger has worked in Australia, the United Kingdom, the
Middle East and the United States. His role with TIMEC is focused on
delivering synergies between TIMEC and Transfield Services and
establishing new business opportunities for the company in a broad range
of industries. Mr. Brennan holds a B.A. in Mechanical Engineering from
the University of Queensland, Australia and an MBA from the University
of Wollongong, Australia.
